Course 11. Look in the mail for your
Meeting of Creditors Notice 12. Assemble
documents to bring to Meeting of Creditors 13.
Attend Meeting of Creditors 14. If Chapter
7 wait 60 days for discharge 15. If
Chapter 13 make timely payments according to your plan, once your plan is fulfilled you will receive your discharge

file. The "New Client Information Sheet" is what you will need to bring to your initial consultation.
Please fill this out as complete as possible. The "Intake Packet" is part of the folder that you will be given at
your initial consultation. A completed Intake Packet will help our office prepare your bankruptcy case more efficiently. The "Document
Checklist" is a list of documents that we will need to receive from you in order to prepare your case. Please gather
all documents listed on the documents checklist that apply to your situation. The "Timeline" will help you
keep track of where you are in the bankruptcy process and what to expect next. The "Credit Counseling and Debtor
Education Courses" file has a list of Credit Counseling agencies where you can go to receive your Credit Counseling Certificate
