Bankruptcy may or may not be the right solution to your financial troubles. Many of you are concerned that you will not qualify for bankruptcy because of changes in the new law. Chapter 7 is still available to most persons who need it. New income qualifications may affect your case. You should consult an attorney to see if you qualify for a Chapter 7 or Chapter 13.
